I received a sms yesterday that had me in splits.
A judge fined Rs. 540 against a rapist for his crime. When asked why Rs. 540 – not 500, 600 or 1000 – the learned judge retorted: “Rs 500 for rape and the remaining amount as 8% Entertainment Tax”.
